Data controller. SOLI (Baku, Azerbaijan). Contact: info@crmsoli.com. The controller's full legal name and postal address will be published here before commercial processing starts.

Data processed. The lead form processes the name, phone number and industry you enter. For site security and abuse prevention, your IP address and request metadata are processed briefly (rate limiting is kept in server memory; the hosting service Vercel may keep standard request logs). If you use the demo chat (including the chat window available on every page), your messages are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. Vercel Analytics is enabled only after separate consent.

Purposes. Lead data is used to contact you and answer your enquiry; technical data is used for security and rate limiting; demo messages are processed to provide the AI reply you asked for; analytics is used only with consent, to understand how the site is used.

Processors. The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics is used only with consent. The demo chat uses an AI provider (Anthropic), and the lead form sends your entry to a configured webhook/CRM processor. The server log does not contain the full phone number from a lead, only the industry and a short hash marker of the number. Personal data is not sold to third parties for advertising.

Retention. Lead data is kept for up to 12 months and you may ask for earlier deletion. Retention of hosting, webhook and AI-provider logs is governed by those services' configuration and contractual terms; an exact retention schedule will be finalised after legal review before commercial processing starts.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data. Write to info@crmsoli.com.

Cookies and consent. Necessary local storage is used only to operate the site and remember your choice. Analytics is enabled only after explicit consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button available on every page.

Sensitive data. Do not submit health information, passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public demo or the lead form.

Changes. If this policy or our processors change, the date and text of this page will be updated.
